Vittorio Nobili
Vittorio Nobili designed the Medea chair for Fratelli Tagliabue in 1955 and won the Compasso d'Oro with it the following year. Bent plywood on a slim metal frame, made cheaply and in quantity, and now much harder to find in good sets than the production numbers suggest.
