Refund policy

Every piece we sell is a one-of-a-kind vintage item, so we handle returns personally and on a case-by-case basis. If something isn't right, please get in touch — email info@zegervanolden.com or call/text us on +31 6 1511 14 55 (WhatsApp or SMS) — and we'll work it out with you.

 

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To use this right, let us know within 14 days of delivery via the contact details above. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

 

Condition and return shipping: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Because our pieces are unique and often large or fragile, we arrange return shipping together with you; the cost and method depend on the piece and its location.

 

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned piece, we process any refund due to your original payment method within 14 days.

 

Non-returnable items: Custom restoration or upholstery work carried out at your request cannot be returned once started.
