These Terms of Service govern your use of zegervanolden.com and any purchase you make from Zeger van Olden ("we", "us"). By using this website or buying a piece, you agree to these terms.

2. Our pieces
Every item we offer is a one-of-a-kind vintage or antique piece. Descriptions, dimensions and photographs are provided as accurately as possible, but small variations, signs of age and patina are inherent to vintage furniture and are not defects.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and cover the piece only. They do not include shipping, which is quoted separately per piece and destination. We confirm availability and a shipping quote before delivery is arranged.
4. Ordering and availability
Because each piece is unique, an order or enquiry is an offer to buy. A sale is confirmed once we accept it and confirm availability. If a piece is no longer available, we will let you know and refund any amount already paid.
5. Shipping
Shipping is arranged individually and quoted per destination; gallery pick-up is free. See our Shipping policy for details.
6. Returns
As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Because our pieces are unique, we handle returns personally — please see our Refund policy and contact us.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, photographs, design) belongs to Zeger van Olden and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the competent court in the Netherlands.
