Jorge Zalszupin

Jorge Zalszupin (1922–2020) was a Polish-born architect and designer who settled in São Paulo, Brazil, where he founded the furniture manufacturer L’Atelier in the 1950s. His furniture was used by Oscar Niemeyer in the Palácio da Alvorada and Palácio do Planalto in Brasília, and he is regarded as one of the central figures of Brazilian modernist design.
