Jorge Zalszupin

Jorge Zalszupin (1922–2020) left Poland for Brazil after the war, trained as an architect, and founded L'Atelier in São Paulo in 1959. He built for the climate — jacaranda and rosewood, open frames, nothing heavier than it needed to be.
