Angelo Mangiarotti

Angelo Mangiarotti (1921–2012) was an architect who designed the M1 dining table in 1969 around a single idea: the top holds the legs in place by its own weight, with no fixings at all. Assembly is three pieces of marble and gravity.

Early Tisettanta production and the later Skipper edition, in different marbles. The early runs are the ones that matter to collectors and are priced accordingly.
