Set of Lounge Chairs in Teak by Ico Parisi for Fratelli Reguitti, Italy, 1950's
€8.500,00 EUR
Pair of lounge chairs designed by Ico Parisi for Fratelli Reguitti, Italy, 1959. Solid wooden frames with a light brown lacquered finish and a pronounced grain pattern. The design combines precise Italian craftsmanship with a clear architectural structure.
The armrests extend in a continuous line from back to front, following the natural position of the arms, while the legs taper elegantly towards the floor. Newly upholstered in a high-quality light blue fabric with three buttons on the backrest, providing a subtle accent.
Both chairs show small, well-executed wood restorations done in Italy, preserving the integrity of the original structure and adding to the authenticity of the pieces. Well-proportioned, comfortable, and visually balanced chairs that represent the refined aesthetic of late-1950s Italian design.
